James D. (JJ) Rihanek, PLS - President JJ has been surveying for 37+ years and licensed in Colorado as a PLS for over 24 years. Currently unemployed; he was a two term Director of CCPS in the early 1990's. JJ has recently served the CCPS again as Director and President and is currently running for re-election as President.
